A mattress mishap at midnight

The spacious suite was perfect for our family, and the breakfast had a delightful variety, including fresh fruit that started our day right.

We had issues with the pull-out couch mattress and the towels were short, which was quite bothersome before our big event.

AC trouble but comfy stay

We had a decent one-night stay. The air conditioner was super loud, like a train rumbling through the room, making it hard to sleep. But the room itself was comfy and clean, and I really liked the breakfast spread! The staff was friendly and helped with the noise issue. Just wish the AC was quieter.

The friendly staff made us feel at home, and the massive breakfast spread kept my kids happy every morning.

We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights in a spacious one-bedroom suite. The kitchen was a great asset for family meals, and the breakfast options kept everyone happy. However, the pool was a bit too cold for our kids. Pro tip, request room cleaning early!

Plus, big ups to the friendly staff for keeping the vibes high and the lobby looking sharp.

Now, the pull-out couch was more of a pull-out flop. We needed three towels, and only two showed up – a quick fix, but still a head-scratcher. Thankfully, Charles at the front desk worked his magic with a replacement mattress!
